How To Order

Order procedure

• To purchase from ARK shoes you must be a registered retailer with us. To register as a retailer go to the “register” button on the top right hand corner of the page and follow the instructions. Registration is only required once.
• After submit to register as a retailer, it will take up to 48 hour to approve by ARK management. Once approved you can place your order via our website. Please note you can also email us for order.
• Once order submitted one of our staff will be in contact with you within 48 hours if needed.
• All sales are priced in Australian dollars and do not include GST. GST is calculated on your invoice.
• Freight is charged separately on your invoice and this will be disclosed to you at the time of payment

Payment Procedure

• ARK shoes accept payment via PayPal, credit cards and direct debit. The amount of the product will debited at the time of purchase.
• Once the order is placed, it will give you options to pay now or pay later. If you chose “pay now” please note that your credit card will be debited immediately and you will be sent a confirmation email.
• If you chose “pay later” or order by email then one of our staff will contact with you as soon as possible. All goods are not dispatched until payments are cleared.
