If there is any manufacturer fault or wrong item sent please contact with us via our website or send an email. one of our staff will contact with you within 48 hours to discuss. Generally we replace or refund full amount. Customr have to send that to us at their own postage costs. 

  • To make an exchange of another size ARK shoes will send you a new size back to you if available with no additional cost but you will need  to cover the postage costs.

  • Exchange must be within 30 days of purchase.
