By purchasing goods from ARK shoes online website it is assumed that you have read and compliant with all terms and conditions set out below. ARK shoes reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions whenever needed or deemed necessary.

ORDERS

• ARK shoes reserves the right to reject any order. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Orders must be placed with all the correct and relevant information required. It is your responsibility to check the information you have provided. If you noticed that you provided incorrect information please contact us as soon as possible. 
• If stock is unavailable or any issues from our end we will notify you and will refund the money back for the full amount within three working days.
• ARK shoes online may have varying promos and pricing from time to time as we deem necessary.
• All sales are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
• Delivery is charged separately on your invoice and this will be disclosed to you at the time of payment

PAYMENT

• ARK shoes accept payment via PayPal and credit cards and. The amount of the product will debited at the time of purchase. In addition any shipping fees that applicable but this will be disclosed to you at time of payment.
• All goods are not dispatched until payments are cleared.  

DELIVERY

• ARK shoes currently do not do any international shipping but deliver anywhere Australia wide.
• We will endeavour to process and dispatch within 1-3 business day of receiving payment.
• We have several companies that are regularly used for customer deliveries. Most of time we use Australia post
• We do not send to PO Box addresses.
